Solve Flow ("we," "our," or "us") operates solveflow.net, a collection of free browser-based tools for generating business documents including invoices, quotations, receipts, purchase orders, and digital business card QR codes. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use our site and how it is handled.

1. Data you enter into our tools

Every generator on Solve Flow — the Invoice Generator, Quotation Generator, Receipt Maker, Purchase Order Generator, and vCard QR Generator — runs entirely in your web browser. The company names, client details, line items, and other information you type into a tool are used only to render the live preview and the downloaded PDF or image on your own device. This data is not transmitted to or stored on Solve Flow's servers.

2. Locally saved details (browser storage)

To save you from retyping your business details on future visits, some tools use your browser's local storage to remember fields such as your company name, address, and preferred currency symbol. This information stays on your own device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time using the "Clear" link next to the relevant field, or by clearing your browser's site data for solveflow.net.

3. Cookies and advertising

Solve Flow may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics services to understand overall traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and general geographic and device information. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors personally.

5. Third-party libraries

Our tools load a small number of third-party JavaScript libraries from public content delivery networks (CDNs) to generate PDFs, images, and QR codes (for example, html2pdf.js, html2canvas, and qrcode.js) and to load web fonts from Google Fonts. These requests may expose your IP address to the CDN or font provider in the same way that loading any web page does, but no document content you type is sent to these providers.

6. Children's privacy

Solve Flow is a business-document utility intended for general business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
