Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information SolveFlow (solveflow.net) handles when you use the website and the Website Audit tool.

Website addresses you scan

When you run a check, your browser sends the web address you entered to our server. The server downloads that public page, analyzes its HTML, and returns a report to your browser. The current version does not save scanned pages or reports.

Rate limiting

To prevent abuse and keep the tool free, we limit how many scans each visitor can run. For this we keep a temporary record of recent request times linked to a hashed form of your IP address. It expires automatically within an hour.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us by email so we can reply. We keep the email only as long as needed to handle your request.

Server logs, cookies, and third parties

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operations. The tool itself does not set cookies. WordPress, the theme, or other components may set technical cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy first.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any email correspondence we hold from you by using the contact page. Please do not enter personal data or confidential web addresses into the scan field.

Children

The site is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
